Our newly expanded team The Breast Intentions just completed the Weekend To End Breast Cancer. 
The members this year were Krista, Alisa, Jane and Barbara with special help from husbands and partners Mark, Harry and Jorge.

We had a great time! Like last year, Barb and Jane got a wee bit off course on Day 1 - adding an extra 2 KM to the 60, but still managed to arrive at camp before 2 PM. 
Krista and Alisa joined us a few hours later nursing blisters.
Despite blisters, and an overnight in tents, we were all up and away bright and early the next morning. Barb and Jane found a couple of friends from Nanaimo, and completed day 2 in the first 10 - just before 11 AM. Krista and Alisa arrived in great spirits a few hours later. 
It was a great route this year, and all in all was a wonderful inspiring weekend.
Next adventure - a visit to Quadra Island, and an upcoming trip to the Bible Lands of Egypt, Jordon and Israel in late October.
