Once we were all assembled – we headed into
and took the time to introduce ourselves to the other part of the group. Then we had a lovely tour by bus of the balance of this picturesque town.
Next stop Neustadt – to our hotel. We learned one really important thing; our Driver Manfred has an amazing ability to make corners and u-turns with this very large bus. We also saw a great number of modern-day windmills along the way. Each one can supply power to hundreds of houses.
Our hotel is a Ramada in the centre of this small city of 28,000 (with another 28,000 in villages close by). We were in time to be able to go out, wander around the town and hit the Bank Machines for some much needed Euros and grocery stores for water. It is a delightful town with lots of pedestrian walks and an abundance of clothing and ice cream shops. Here Sandra and Margaret enjoy a tea at a sidewalk restaurant.
Then back to the hotel to get ready for a wonderful buffet dinner in our hotel and then to bed to rest up for a busy tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about the flight delay. Glad you arrived safe & sound, but what do you mean including Margaret? I hope my mum is behaving. Enjoy tomorrow, I am so jealous.
